Ebay is now charging all sellers tax just like they are a brick and mortar storefront, which means that ANY seller now pays tax on their items just like Best Buy and others. It is the end of an ERA for Ebay and most likely be a serious issue with casual sellers who now will pay double tax as items they have already paid sales tax on will be taxed again at the same rate as they were purchased. This is double Taxation.
