The OnePlus Nord 6 has leaked a lot in 2026, and is expected to launch globally in Spring, boasting Turbo 6 specs. However, with rumours growing over the company's future, could the OnePlus Nord 6 actually be its final smartphone? OP is still denying any talk of its extinction, but who knows if we'll ever see a OnePlus 16.
In the meantime, it appears that this fresh mid-range phone will offer some upgrades vs the old Nord 5. The OnePlus Nord 6 could massively boost the battery capacity for one, up to 9000mAh if those original Chinese specs are kept for the global model. Unfortunately, it's more likely that the UK and European version will trim the capacity. Here's hoping it at least matches the 7300mAh of the OnePlus 15.
Gamers should hopefully get some great frame rates out of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, helped by the 165Hz screen. However, the OnePlus Nord 6 will need some proper good cooling tech for anyone who is gaming. After all, Noting used that Snapdragon for the Phone 3, which got rather toasty.
