When Germany decided to build aircraft carriers before the outbreak of WW2, they also needed to build aircraft to go on them.

And this led to the creation of a somewhat mysterious torpedo bomber, the Fieseler Fi 167, which - on paper certainly - was one of the best of its type anywhere!
