At The Favorite Song Lounge, we slow down and share the songs that stayed with us — and why they matter.
Whether a song reminds you of someone you love, helped you through a difficult time in your life, or simply brings you peace, this is a welcoming space to share and listen.
This is intended to just be an opportunity to talk about our favorite songs and the reasons why they matter so much to you. We are not going to perform any songs. I just want to give people the chance to talk about these things openly. If I know you, you are welcome to join the panel to talk about your favorite songs. But I encourage everyone to at least talk about them in the live chat, too. It is up to you.
This space is also about discovery — hearing songs you may have never noticed before, understanding lyrics in a new way, and learning why certain songs mean so much to others.
For me, it’s a chance to discover music that matters to the people who listen to my singing and to learn songs that have become part of their stories.
This isn’t about performance.
It’s about connection.
It’s about memory.
It’s about meaning.
