As I said in the description of my Machiavelli combo video, I'll be releasing videos for 4 Socal players in the near future: this is the second. Jose V is the best Ness in the world, and considered a top 10 player overall, with top 8 finishes around the country. He has a super unique style of Ness both in neutral and his punish game that was super fun to watch while I collected these clips, and absolutely deserves more recognition for being sick.
