This just in! The Fairphone (Gen. 6) won the iF Design Gold Award in the Telecommunications category.
It's been raining awards for our signature smartphone ever since its launch in 2025. We picked up the Circularity by Design - Smartphone award at the Circular Tech Awards in October, 2025. In January, 2026, the Fairphone (Gen. 6) won two awards at the European Product Design Awards, recognised for both smartphone design and accessory design. The new Fairphone also scored a True Price award in late January, recognising its sustainable specs and competitive pricing.
For us, industry awards have always meant validation that we're doing something right. The Fairphone (Gen. 6) picking up so many awards back-to-back feels even more rewarding, because it is our first product that echoes our refreshed visual identity. Simple, smart, confident. Intentional in every way. Cutting through the noise. And like we always say, we're just getting started.
