The F4 was a proposed new freeway proposed mainly to act as a bypass route parallel to Bell Street. Only part of it was built, what we call today the Calder Freeway and parts of the Tullamarine Freeway. But what if the section east of Essendon Airport was built, and what would the route have looked like?
UPDATE: Sorry but yet again, the YouTubes have nerfed the video quality. So if it looks a bit grainy or strange, that's why. I have new settings to use next time and will test them out to see if they work any better.
