After weeks of waiting, we finally got this system up and running. Part of the commissioning process involves calling Sunrun and giving them all of the serial numbers along with the VIN for the truck. They say it will then take 2 weeks for them to activate the truck (??).
We did this, then waited 3 weeks. Nothing. Called them back and they had no record of me calling the first time. Another 3 weeks and we finally get the green light. Customer now has issues connecting his charge station to the truck. After 3 hours on site and on the phone with Sunrun, Ford and Siemens, they tell me they'll call back the next day. They ended up sending a new Charge Station Pro after that, as the original unit was deemed faulty.
What a mess!
