With her talk, Victoria explores the potential drawbacks of excessive positivity and the pressure to always maintain an optimistic attitude. It questions whether constant positivity is always beneficial and encourages a more balanced approach to emotions, recognizing that acknowledging difficult feelings can be an important part of personal growth and well-being.
