If you’re a coffee drinker and find yourself tired and wired at the end of the day, you may need to have your last cup much earlier than you think, says Dr. Trisha Pasricha, a physician at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and The Washington Post’s Ask a Doctor columnist.
Your last cup, researchers have found, needs to be about nine hours before you sleep.
