In this video, I share the 5-stage process I personally follow to build complex Power BI reports:

1. Sketch the data model (facts, dimensions, star schema)
2. Identify data gaps and plan transformations in Power Query
3. Write and validate DAX (don’t trust numbers blindly)
4. Create mock visuals first (layout before Power BI)
5. Build the final report inside Power BI

If you build dashboards for work, this process will save you a lot of rework and confusion.
