Hello again,
So the Everything Wrong With It Worm Bin continues to thrive.
The bin was started in October 2020.

It was started with approximately 30 worms.
It lives outdoors and the weather has ranged between cold and freezing.
The bedding is horse manure and hasn't yet reached double digit temperatures. (in C)
No grit of any description has been added.
The worm population has increased at least 5 fold throughout the cold Autumn and Winter months.
For this update I'm adding acidic food scraps.
I predict three things that go against the most common advice you'll come across in books and on the internet:
1. The scraps won't distress the worms
2. The worms won't leave the bin
3. The acidic scraps won't change the ph of the bedding

I hope everything is keeping safe and well and as always, thanks for watching.
