Celica Map 2, or officially titled as The Sacrifice and the Saint (Classic), is the near-victory theme that plays in the Famicom game, Fire Emblem Gaiden, released in 1992 as the second game for the series. It plays on Celica's maps where there is a few amount of enemies left in the level.
The next version came around twenty-seven (27) years later from its Nintendo 3DS remake, Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, the fifteenth Fire Emblem game for the series and the last Nintendo 3DS Fire Emblem game to be released on the handheld.
There are two versions of this track in the game, the first is Chasing the Wind on the Plains, this track plays on the map levels for the Amiibo DLC, Mila's Ordeal. This track is inspired from the Brawl version of Celica Map 1, titled as With Mila's Divine Protection.
And the second version is titled The Sacrifice and the Saint, which is Celica's third map theme, it is a remix of Celica Map 2 and A Song of Bygone Days, the Act 4 Overworld map theme. This track is the exact opposite of What Lies At the End from Alm's map theme, the tone of seriousness and reality finally settling in to the cast is what this song is trying to encapsulate, befitting the story progression going through her maps.
And that's about it, The Evolution of The Sacrifice and The Saint. Why didn't this get a Brawl version? Why didn't this track get a 25th Anniversary? Nor a Radiant Dawn Unsued Map Theme lying around the files in the game? We will never know, but one thing's for sure, this needs a Premium Arrange version.

Mariannes second task in the Askr Kingdom is to participate in another Abyssal map where she has to defeat the Fated Holy Knight, Sigurd. Her (not really) parents is there to assist her, but brought no weapons with them to assist her in combat, but will guide her to victory. Just another happy little pretend family bonding emblem theme team here.
Im really loving the chibi sprite edit I did a video ago so I reused it, hopefully its not a bad idea to do this lol
