Road Taken is the skirmish battle theme that plays for the Nintendo 3DS game, Fire Emblem Fates, developed by Intelligent Systems and was released in June 2015 (BR/CQ) and July 2015 (RV) in Japan, and 2016 for the international releases. This track has two versions, basing from the previous game, Fire Emblem Awakening, where they have a Calm and an Ablaze versions from their skirmish battle themes, Road Taken has a Calm and a Roar version that plays.
A year later, at the latter portion of 2016 was the release of Horse and Rider As One, a CD album composed by the duo named Cavalry Duo, which was released after the celebration of the Cipher Caravan from the same year.
With two announced Fire Emblem games in 2017, a main series remake and a spinoff, Fire Emblem: Warriors was released by Koei Tecmo and Intelligent Systems for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS. Very similar to Fates, a Calm and a Roar version of Road Taken is played through the levels of the game.
And last but not certainly the least, Fire Emblem Music Collection: Flower of Enchantment was released in 2018 featuring fifteen (15) different tracks from the FE series.
And there we have it! The Evolution of Road Taken. For a good five years, this track received really good remixes. One thing comes to mind, why isn't this in Smash already? It's such a popular track that it kind of feels like a disservice to Fates for this to be not included in the game.
Speaking of Smash, if you read this in the description while listening, I did a little joke in the transition of the Warriors to Flower of Enchantment portion. It's a meme, it's a pretty bad one as well. If you already saw it and decided to read this, sorry about that lol.
New poll coming up after this! You gotta vote for the next song I'll be featuring next to this series. I have a decent selection of soundtracks coming up, so look forward to it! ^

![Tap Battle - Floor 76-80 ~ Reincarnation ~Kiria [S-Rank] (3x Speed/Hard/Expert Mode)
Music: Reincarnation
Game: Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore
I am planning on uploading every single boss battle in Tap Battle ~ Wings Carry Me where it features Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE original soundtracks.
This is the fourth boss level in the mode. In contention of the hardest Floor 76-80 so far. Kiria is relentless, so is the level before her boss battle, the level progression kicks in pretty well here.
I am a massive Tap Battler that aims to clear the levels in the most difficult way possible:
3x Speed allows the level to move three times its normal speed, making incoming enemies way harder to see in sight, meaning you are most likely relying on muscle memory and fast reaction time tapping.
Hard difficulty is literally the hardest version of the levels. Unique patterns and incoming enemies will throw you off a lot more in this difficulty.
Expert mode makes you press four buttons to tap a particular spot, the complete opposite of Casual mode where you press one button to access four rows of the level.
Having my Tap Battle inverted facing Left allows me to properly play Tap Battles due to vision issues.
I should probably just spend more time playing actual rhythm games again and not Tap Battle but it is a way for me to boast my favorite units in the game with their thematic bouquet weapons while playing one of my favorite FEH game modes that has been lackluster for most of its tenure in the game when it came to rewards. ![[Teaser] Aether Raid Defense Highlights but is Pokemon themed for some odd reason... yeah.
Official release of the video is delayed due to my video editing program not functioning properly on the editing process. I decided to include this part for a future Pokemon video in the future, changing the premise a bit.
To celebrate Pokemon Emeralds NA release in the 1st of May. Thats it, thats the reason why Im doing this, that game meant so much to me and its 15 freaking years since its release like, bruh, Im getting old.
It aint done yet, this is a teaser for the whole thing. Expect it in the first week of May to be released.

![Tap Battle - Extra Stage 3 ~ Dia Sweet Witch (Kiria Ver.) [S-Rank] (3x Speed/Hard/Expert Mode)
Music: Dia Sweet Witch (Kiria Ver.)
Game: Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore
I am planning on uploading every extra stages in Tap Battle ~ Wings Carry Me where it features Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE original soundtracks.
This is Extra Stage 3, accessible a day after the release of Extra Stage 2 in the mode. The song is Dia Sweet Witch (Kiria Ver.), a very thematic level that showcases witches (hence why they carry Witchy Wand staffs and Grimoire tomes). Nanna is in the thumbnail to immortalize her attempt of vibing me at every way possible in this level. This level is on par on difficulty with Floor 96-100 without the boss fight included.
