My guest today is Marco Del Giudice, Associate Professor in the Department of Life Sciences at the University of Trieste. We spoke about one of Marco's key research interests: evolutionary psychopathology. That is, how our evolutionary history influences mental illness. We spoke about how gender differences in personality influence psychopathology, particularly when it comes to depression and anxiety. We also spoke about postpartum depression and psychosis, anorexia, OCD, and phobias.
