Took out the Sadist with a sneak kill in Chapter 3.

At the end of chapter three, an enemy will break out of the barn with a chainsaw. You will need to injure him with any weapon so he is almost dead. (Three explosive bolts will work prefectly). Then Use a flash bolt to stun him, then sneak up to him with RB then press A to sneak kill him.
