Как говорил сам Кодзима - в данном трейлере не будет много экшена или зрелищ, в данном трейлере кратко показывают, что происходило с бандой Биг Босса, до, и во время событий The Phantom Pain. Так же после Е3 представили арт, который будет на коробках с дисками и прозвище Снейка в данной части - Venom Snake (Ядовитая змея).
Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain - готовящаяся стелс-экшен игра с открытым миром, разрабатываемая Kojima Productions и продюсируемая Хидео Кодзима, игра находится в разработке для Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One и PC. Игра продолжает события Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker и имеет тот же подзаголовок Операции тактического шпионажа.
