The best way to deal with the invisible enemies is to use a flash bolt. Keep in mind, if you don't upgrade it, you will only have time to kill one enemy with it. Another huge benefit to shock bolts is that it's cheap to craft (2 parts).

The puzzle is fairly straight forward. You need to look at the wall with the symbols/drawings and find symbols that match the buttons.

After finding Joseph you will come accross a patrolling enemy. If it detects you it will wake up all the other ones as you can see in the video. Stealth makes this section way easier. Wait behind the mattress and when sneaking up on the enemy, avoid stepping on broken glass.

When fighting the hordes while Kidman is drowning it helps to remember when enemies spawn where. To conserve ammo you can try to let Joseph kill enemies. Using electric bolts can be quite useful.

The Laura fight is fairly straightforward with the route I take. When trying to burn her with matches, you have to wait until her arms come out of the body. Otherwise you are wasting matches.
