What happens this September decides if the market collapses or rips to new highs.
We’re watching both dates inside the group. Link in bio or skool.com/coinpicksgenesis. A dollar a month.
September 15 and 16. Two days, back to back.
The FOMC meets across both of them with the rate decision landing on the 16th, and you can check that one yourself because it’s sitting right on the Fed’s own calendar. The Clarity Act vote falls in the same window.
Crypto regulation and interest rate policy both getting decided inside forty eight hours of each other. That does not happen.
Now here’s my actual read, and it’s probably not what you’re expecting.
The Clarity Act matters less than people think, at least for the coins most of you are holding. Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP were already classified as digital commodities back in March. That fight already happened. If the Act passes it’s bullish, but it isn’t the thing that saves you or sinks you.
The Fed side is a genuine coin flip. Nobody knows which way they go, and anybody telling you they do is guessing.
And the piece I actually care about is neither one. Look at what the halving does instead. Every single cycle has peaked between thirteen and eighteen months after its halving, four out of four, and that clock runs on its own schedule no matter what happens in a room in Washington on a Tuesday.
