You can write them a letter or send them an e-mail. I've seen a few template letters getting passed around, it would be better if you wrote your own message, but if you aren't going to send anything otherwise then use a template. Remember to be specific about what you want to be changed; it's easier to get one part changed than to get an entire bill thrown out. It's especially important that you write a letter if you have a Liberal/NDP/Bloc MP since the Conservatives will already be opposing this bill.
