Delta (デルタ, Deruta?) (Δέλτα), born Sara (サラ, Sara?), is the fifth initial member of Shadow Garden and the fourth seat of the Seven Shadows. Primarily dispatched for combat missions, she frequently undertakes assassinations or military campaigns that necessitate overwhelming force, lacking the intelligence to do much else. Delta is a young female wolf therianthrope with large canine ears and a fluffy tail. The Eminence in Shadow is a Japanese light novel series by Daisuke Aizawa, illustrated by Tōzai, about a boy named Cid Kagenou who is reincarnated in a fantasy world and lives out his dream of being a secret mastermind, only to find the fictional evil cult he created is real. He forms an organization called Shadow Garden to fight this cult, all while maintaining his persona as a powerless, ordinary person. The series began as a web novel in 2018 and has since been adapted into manga and anime, with the light novel being a more refined version of the original story.
