So here's a little explanation.
I'm a huge fan of DougDoug's channel, I watch all of his content. But then one day. He uploaded a video where he did a speedrun of Skyrim where he killed all of the Jarls and it was extremely entertaining and it looked like a really fun miscellaneous-category.
This run did beat Doug's record of 19 minutes and 21 seconds, but the actual WR of this category is 11 minutes and 6 seconds by Trajarris.

But personally I didn't find the route that he used to be that fun to run. I prefer Doug's route over his. But definitely check out his run above. It's really impressive. Anyways this run I'm officially naming this route the DougDoug RouteRoute. XD
I learned this run over the course of 3 days. So, It shouldn't take anyone who wants to give this a try a go.
To allow the Jarls to be killed. Add the following lines to Skyrim.ini:
[GamePlay]
bEssentialTakeNoDamage=0
This allows you to kill essential NPC's, and can also horribly break the game, Be careful when modifying the game.
