This is The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion with the mod Oblivion Graphics Extender v2. It give in this case god rays or like the sun shafts in Crysis. This mod is highly tweakable from within, you see the results instantly. Oblivion Graphics Extender v2 make Olbivion look totally amazing. You can have Cell Shader, Color Mods, Depth Of Field, God Rays, SSAO and Sharpening in this mod. I hope they make a mod like this for Fallout 3. Hope you like my video.

Qarls texture pack 1.3, it re-textures almost the entire game with high rseolution textures with resolution up too 4096x4096
