Z2 Hackjam 2020 was a community event for designers to create their own Z2 romhack in seven days. In "The Eastern Shadow" Max mixes themes from NES Dragon Warrior games with classic Zelda II to create an fresh quest with a classic game feel. Max went on to make the winning entry in the hackjam for Z2 Randomizer rooms.
