no debuff moment. I think this strat only works if your Mr. Ratio is strong enough to nuke an elite/boss in one burst + a skill. (do invest in your supports too besides your crit ratios) Also gets harder if Huohuo's technique which applies a debuff doesn't land.
Mr. Ratio gets so much energy fed into him by Tingyun and Huohuo that you ditch SPD boots for ATK boots to make those follow-ups from the ultimate count.
You can get 2 turn ults with this setup, and Ratio's spd can be augmented in other ways like Tingyun's E1, Ruan Mei's talent, action advance from dancex3, hackerspace from either of the three and etc.
There is room for improvement like upping Ratio's crit rate, levelling the ultimate and putting on Salsotto instead of Glamoth.
