We finally know what happened to the girl who got pulled over and ticketed for driving with a phone in her right hand, when she doesn't even have a right hand. She decided to take it to court and has been waiting over 3 months, but finally the day came. But then she found out that the case was dropped for lack of evidence. Apparently the officer who issued the ticket decided to back out at the last minute by requesting that the case be dismissed.
