2000's PIF by Greenpeace, rated U when shown in UK cinemas.
Apparently this PIF was so bad that the company disowned it, for multiple reasons. The acting in this is a hot mess, the CGI looks bad, and planes aren't strong enough to break through power plants. It would just break the plane.
