Welcome to Indie November! We're looking at self-published authors who deserve more fame and recognition. We're starting with The Dragon's Blade Trilogy by Michael R Miller.
An arrogant young prince Darnuir tries to use the ultimate weapon, the Dragon's Blade, to save his home from an army of demons. He ends up mortally wounded and almost dooming the world. Their last hope is to magically resurrect him as an infant, so one day, he can return to claim the Dragon's Blade again. Hopefully, in this life, he will learn from his past mistakes and be the hero the world needs.
This epic high fantasy has a clever modern update for the genre. It's morally complicated without being morally bleak. And it has a lot to say about human nature. Plus we talk about the phenomenon of young authors, since Michael Miller published a whole trilogy by the age of 25!
