Hi folks!
Here's a special polyrhythmic groove for you. It mixes a Rumba clave 2-3 on the left foot, a kick in 3, and hands in 5 ๐
We then dive into my learning process. For me it's the same as learning a new groove: it's no more than understanding where each limb is placed in the 16th note subdivision, cutting the long rhythm into way smaller pieces, and repeating, repeating, repeating... until we integrate the combinations and build some muscle, ear, mouvement memories.
Have fun ๐ค๐ป

To anyone that would like the related DRUMS SHEET
An already-written sheet gives the answer. It's by trying to write it yourself that you will understand how things interlock together and that you'll make some concrete progress! Don't hesitate to DM me on instagram so I can check if you got it right.
But if you don't wanna bother, you can buy it straight away on my website:
