In this video i'll be sharing the best & fastest way to farm Specialization points in The Division 2. You'll need to level up a 2nd character to level 30 to do this or have a friend do it for you so it takes a while to set up but it is more than worth it in the end especially seeing how you will most likely need multiple characters anyway for the raids.
