Stardate: 60387.3
We're docked at Narendra Station under red alert conditions and on the way to a war council with Admiral Hebert, General Kargan, and the senior staffs of the other allied ships stationed here. I suspect we're going to be ordered back to the Candidate Three system, which suits me just fine. We left rather unwillingly, and I'd like to have some words with Assessor Tredik if I get the chance.

The Candidate three system is full of danger, even more so than before. In addition to a Romulan incursion the system is unstable and literally breaking apart. The large M Class planet is undergoing tectonic upheaval, gravitic waves and tachyons suffuse the system, and Assessor Tredik is in distress. The Displaced Tilikaal seem to be behind it, and they seem to need aid, but what will the return of the Tilikaal mean for the federation or for the galaxy at large?
