Regina Renee Cox of Somerset, Kentucky in Pulaski County, vanished on August 23rd, 1997.
She was only 18, just out of high school and looking forward to beginning her career in the Navy.
With only weeks to go before she reported for training, she visited the Navy recruiting office in Somerset, and the next morning, her car, along with her belongings were found across the street in the Walmart parking lot.
She was never seen or heard from again.
Does a Naval recruiting officer, who was charged with (and later exonerated from) misconduct involving four teenage girl navy recruits know what happened to her?
This man was convicted but later exonerated and was never charged with any involvement of Regina Cox.
