Definitely happy with this time. It utilizes some double damage lobber ex tech specific to the devil that SBDWolf discovered and pointed out to me. You have to hit them so that the ex hits both eyes instead of one which is pretty specific. It's also worth nothing the 2 EX's shot at the ground below the snake are actually hitting for 4x damage since it has multiple hit boxes.

So close to my goal of sub 29! I am very happy with this run though and while a few bosses trolled me, it overall had pretty nice RNG in it too so this will definitely be a hard run to beat.

Also, if you notice the controller cam not doing anything on plane levels that is because I use the keyboard for specifically those levels as it makes it more consistent to do a technique called Luigi Swaps that involves hitting the EX button and the Weapon Swap button on the exact same frame which was highly inconsistent with the button layout I use on controller but works wonderfully well on keyboard for me.")

A new community best for this boss! Had a really fast phase 1 and a very low drop on phase 2, 1:03.xx is for sure possible but it was cool to get this time :)
