After leaving Kings Canyon National Park, we made our way across California's Central Valley toward Pinnacles National Park. Along the way, we accidentally took the scenic route... which turned out to be beautiful, but also cost us a few Airstream rivets!
Pinnacles became National Park #54 for us, and while many people say it's a one-day park, we'd have to agree. But don't mistake that for a reason to skip it. From the incredible rock formations and caves along the Moses Spring Trail to camping inside the national park, this place delivered far more than we expected.
We also spent some time regrouping after several busy weeks on the road—taking care of a few Airstream repairs, reorganizing camp, and enjoying one of the simple pleasures of RV travel: slowing down for a couple of days.
Whether you're planning a California road trip, visiting all 63 U.S. National Parks, or looking for RV camping inspiration, we hope this episode helps you decide if Pinnacles National Park deserves a spot on your itinerary.
