I said it already on instagram, I prepared this video right before the world entered this crisis called covid 19, or Corona Virus. Reason I didn't want to upload it right away was that many of us are not being able to continue our daily habits & routines - and regarding the gym, that's a huge handicap - not just physical but mental. I don't know about you but for, this is really challenging as the gym is that one thing that always kept me on track. So, let's improvise and make best out of situation we can make. I asked if I should publish this and got an overwhelming response on Instagram, so let's f'ing do this! Let this be a catharsis and let the positive motivational message sink in. Tough times make tough m'fers! And one thing's for sure... WE STAY THE COURSE.
