This was my final, planned destination, and the main reason for my even being this far into the Queensland Outback - to see the Dinosaur Exhibition.
The night before I had got quite distressed to find that Google Maps was no longer showing the Exhibition at Winton, 2 hours from Longreach, but was now showing it a further 2 hours away - which would have placed it out of reach for a day ride, and a day was all I had!!
So I headed to the local Tourist Information Centre to clarify...
