I bought this Jeyi 2242 m.2 SSD enclosure but was worried that the exposed USB C connector would get damaged when thrown in a bag or pocket so I designed this little cassette tape inspired case for it. This case protects the connector, has a snap on lid that snaps into closed and open positions, has optional lanyard holes for both the main body and usb caps, and last but not least is completely open on the top and bottom to facilitate cooling the SSD when transferring data.
