Looking back on my years of playing GTA 5 Online, I did a lot of Money Glitches. And while it boosted my progress in the game a lot, now I look back and ask myself if it was really worth it. Grand Theft Auto V Online came out in 2013, and making money has always been difficult, especially at launch of GTA Online. As a result, it was very enticing to do Money Glitches to get ahead. The only other options were spending unrealistic amounts of hours grinding contact missions or spending way too much real-life money for in-game currency via Shark Cards. While it gave me a leg up back then, in the second half of GTA Online, I found it to be rather boring. Was this a result of boosting my way to the top?
