Robert Norris does not negotiate with his schedule.

He wakes at seven.

Makes his bed.

Swims 2100 yards.

Rides 80 miles on the bike.

Runs 10 miles.

Goes to bed at eight.

Every day.

He works at Publix a couple of days a week.

He listens to audiobooks while he trains.

He eats sardines, spinach, and pears.

He is 22 years old with Down syndrome, and he runs a tighter daily operation than most executives.

Standards are not aspirational for Robert.

They are the baseline.

Robert shares more about his journey on The Hard Way podcast. 🎧
