So instead on loading out a bench with an excavator and rock trucks on a very short haul, it was way more efficient to simply push the bench into the fill. That's what I am doing in this video.
It's extremely hard to tell how steep the slope was but it was at least a 2:1. Anyway, as I was pushing down hill at that angle I was able to take out a 2 meter/6 foot bench with pretty much a single push.
Once I pushed out the bench of material, I spread it out roughly a foot thick.
