BAND BIO:
Hailing from 'Nottingham' and 'Leicester' in the UK 'The Cult of Dom Keller' are an alternative, neo-psychedelic, heavy-psych band that create whacked out soundscapes and songs that appear to have been born from another universe.
The band's current line-up consists of:
● Ryan Delgaudio - Guitar, Keys, Vocals
● Neil Marsden - Keys, Vocals
● Jason Holt - Bass, Synthesizer, Backing Vocals
● Al Burns - Drums, Percussion, Noises
'The Cult of Dom Keller' formed at the end of 2007 as a result of founding members Ryan and Neil meeting while playing in bands that had been performing on the same scenes and discovering that they shared many similar personal traits and tastes in music.
The band soon began writing and recording new songs and in 2009 they released their first EP titled 'EP1' of which the band self recorded, self produced and self released. This would then be followed in 2010 by 'EP2' and then 'EP3' in 2011 of which includes one of MLUTV's favourite CODK tunes 'Heavy and Dead'.
The band were also making noise for their mind blowing live performances where they played alongside the likes of 'The Warlocks', 'Spectrum' and 'Asteroid No. 4'. 2011 would also see them perform at the 'Austin Psych Fest'.
2012 would see 'The Cult of Dom Keller' self release the EP 'Secret Sounds' on CD and a 7” split 'Leaning Trees' with 'Shooting Guns' released through 'Leaning Trees Records'.
In 2013 the line-up of the band changed with 'Jason Holt' (lead guitarist in Pete ‘Sonic Boom’ Kember’s post-Spacemen 3 group ‘Spectrum’) coming in on bass and later being joined by 'Al Burns' on drums.
2013 saw their self-titled debut album being released, which was recorded by 'Doggen' guitarist of 'Spiritualised' and 'Julian Cope'. The album was released on vinyl in the UK and Europe through 'Mannequin', on CD through 'Cardinal Fuzz' and in the US by 'The Reverberation Appreciation Society' on vinyl as a limited edition.
The same year the band would self-release the CD 'The Seed: Relics and Rarities' which was made up of early unreleased material.
The debut album went on to make a big impact on the ever growing neo-psych movement and in 2014 it was quickly followed by their next album 'The Second Bardo'. The album was released on 3rd March by 'Cardinal Fuzz' to rave reviews and was Walter Roadburn’s ‘Album of The Day’ which would then see 'The Cult of Dom Keller' melt the minds of an over-capacity packed-out room at the legendary 'Roadburn Festival' in Tilburg, Netherlands. The band then embarked on an extensive tour to promote the album and saw their following grow along with many more great reviews.
You can listen to the album 'The Second Bardo' via the 'Cardinal Fuzz' Bandcamp page here:

Both of the band's first two albums went on to sell out on word of mouth alone and were consistently featured and raved about in Top 10 lists of psychedelic blogs.
2015 saw the single 'Behind all Evil is a Black Hole' being released on 'Fuzz Club Records' which would see the band form a good relationship with the label and go on to release their highly anticipated third album 'Goodbye to the Light' in July 2016.
