This quarter, we will explore The Crucible of Conflict: Disagreeing Well. Conflict is an unavoidable part of leadership, especially for Bridge Leaders in the 35-50 leadership season who often serve across generations, cultures, institutions, and networks. The question is not whether we will face disagreement, but whether we can engage it with wisdom, courage, humility, and love.
We are grateful to welcome two experienced voices for this conversation:
Yeda Hong is a practicing lawyer and mediator with experience in resolving conflicts from a biblical perspective. She was a Hong Kong delegate at YLG 2!
Joel Zantingh serves as Canadian Team Lead for the World Evangelical Alliance’s Peace and Reconciliation Network and as Director of Engagement with Lausanne Movement Canada.
Together, we will consider how Bridge Leaders can navigate disagreement with senior leaders, younger leaders, and peers while strengthening the trust and friendship needed for long-term mission.
