I FINALLY FINISHED THE SERIES.

It's 5am right now so ill add a longer description later (i need sleep). I also don't know how to make thumbnails anymore, but I just want to say that I cannot wait until season 2. And I also want to say that the casting was on point!!

edit: okay so I got some sleep, lemme ramble my thoughts now. first of all, I really enjoyed it. I think that it was better than I was expecting so I'm grateful for that. The crows literally felt like they jumped out of the books?? crazy. Although they seemed a little watered down, I assume it's just because it's a prequel story and they aren't at their prime yet like how we meet them in the books. I haven't read the Grisha trilogy so I feel like I can't necessarily formulate an opinion on how it was adapted, but I'm guessing that whatever changes they made, made it better. They did do a good job of making me care for the other characters. ALSO the setups for the six of crows??? I was screaming when Jesper was asking Kaz about bringing an explosive expert into their group, which hints at Wylan joining the crows soon. The setup at the end where Kaz talks about needing a heartrender that will be loyal to only them, and Nina overhears because she is literally sitting right there lmao. Also, the setup with Matthias going to be imprisoned in Hellgate, which means he'll be joining the crows soon ❤ All in all, I just adored all the interactions with the crows!! I loved it :)))
