If anyone cares to know, the entire universe was made on the first day, both the heavens and the earth. The only thing is that darkness covered the entire surface of the earth the same as water covered the entire surface of the earth. Then while it was still on the first day, God made it so that light was allowed to reach the surface of the earth the same as He allowed the dry land to appear out of the water.
The earth was created to be inhabited. Day one is still a part of that creation. It just means it wasn’t ready for life yet. It was still under water. Both darkness and water covered the *surface* of the earth. This means that elsewhere it was not like that. Elsewhere, there was light, just not on the surface of the earth. Then the land surface appeared out of the water. Then there was light. Then it was ready for life and to be inhabited.
Once there was light on the surface of the earth, it was counted evening and morning, as one day. No hocus pocus required since the sun and planets already existed when the universe was made on the first day. It was just a matter of light reaching the surface of the earth. Who knows whether it was the time required for light to reach the earth or a thick atmosphere that had to burn off? At any rate, the earth was ready to be inhabited after the first day.
It’s not complicated. On the fourth day the sources of the “lights” were made to be seen including light reflected from the planets considered to be stars. Essentially, the earth was overcast until day four.

![The New Human Family Tree Rooted in Noah
The IJK-root model establishes haplogroup IJK as Noah’s original genome, labeled as 1 ( 2,500 BCE, post-Flood MRCA), with no SNPs and baseline alleles (e.g.,
M523-T, P123-T, M168-T, M89-C, M294-T) inherited unchanged by Noah’s sons—
1A (Shem), 1B (Japheth), 1C (Ham)—unless altered by downstream SNPs. Hamitic
lineages diverge via 1C (Ham, E-like, introducing M35-T, M89-T), distinct from
Semitic (1A1 Arphaxad [1A1a J Abrahamic, 1A1b I parent for Dan/Asher, 1A1b1
Dan, 1A1b2 Asher], 1A2 Elamo-Dravidians and Gypsies, 1A3 Asshur, 1A4 Aram,
1A5 Lud) and Japhetic (1B1 Tubal, 1B2 Tiras, 1B3 Javan, 1B4 Magog, 1B5 Meshech,
1B6 Madai, 1B7 Gomer) lineages. Grandsons include 1C1 Mizraim, 1C2 Canaan
(with 1C2h Sino-Tibetans), 1C3 Cush, 1C4 Phut, and 1C3a Nimrod/Sargon of Akkad.
This structure follows the Table of Nations (Genesis 10)—Shem eldest, Japheth
middle, Ham youngest—matching historical migrations ( 2,300 BCE, e.g., Akkadian empire under 1C3a Nimrod/Sargon, Egyptian dynasties under 1C1 Mizraim)

![Y-DNA Phylogeny with Noah as the Root
The IJK-root model proposes that the Y-DNA haplogroup IJK, labeled as 1
(Noah), serves as the root of human paternal lineages, with no single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and baseline alleles (e.g., M523-T, M168-T,
M89-C) inherited by all descendants. It uses numerical nomenclature: 1A
(Shem), 1B (Japheth), 1C (Ham), with grandsons as sub-labels (e.g., 1A1 Arphaxad,
1A1a J Abrahamic, 1A1b I parent for Dan/Asher, 1A1b1 Dan, 1A1b2 Asher,
1A2 Elamo-Dravidians and Gypsies, 1A3 Asshur, 1A4 Aram, 1A5 Lud; 1B1
Tubal, 1B2 Tiras, 1B3 Javan, 1B4 Magog, 1B5 Meshech, 1B6 Madai, 1B7 Gomer;
1C1 Mizraim, 1C2 Canaan, 1C2h Sino-Tibetans, 1C3 Cush, 1C4 Phut, 1C3a Nimrod/Sargon of Akkad). The model aligns with the Table of Nations (Genesis 10), with Hamitic changes via 1C (Ham, E-like, M35-T, M89-T). 1A4 Aram
(F1-3) carries SNPs P91, P104 (F1), M427, M428 (F2), M481 (F3), while 1A5
Lud (F*) carries Y27277, Y27280, Y27283, Y27286, plus 17 others ( 21 SNPs),
both retaining M89-C from Noah (1). Allele sharing (e.g., M168-T by 1A1, 1B1,
1C3a) and distinct SNP accumulations align with historical migrations ( 2,300
BCE), Central Asian diversity (Turkmenistan, R1a/J/Q), and simultaneous civilizations (Akkad, Egypt). It highlights 1A2 as Elamo-Dravidians and Gypsies
(H1a-M82) and 1C3a as Nimrod/Sargon of Akkad (M168-T retention).

Lud (F*) carries Y27277, Y27280, Y27283, Y27286, and 17 others, both retaining

as Abrahamic/Dan/Asher (J, I1, I2).
