Buying a Sony PS5 Pro heatsink for installing a SSD, then you will have to be carful to buy the correct SSD heatsink for any SSDs that you use with your PS5 Pro that do not have a built in heatsink. Heatsinks for the original PS5 do not fit, you have to use heatsinks for the PS5 slim and maybe there will be new heatsinks released specifically fro the PS5 Pro. However, and at least, the heatsinks for the PS5 Slim will work.
So in this video I use the excellent SK Hynix Haechi heatsinks to demonstrate the differences between an original PS5 heatsink and a PS5 Slim heatsink. Using the Haechi H01 and the Haechi H02 we can clearly see the difference when installing them into the PS5 Pro.
