This mechanical calculator is the Corema Portative MC 15.
It was made in Geneva, Switzerland, from 1952 till maybe 1960. The first Corema Portative model was made in 1949 but it did not have the repeater dial that the MC 15 has.

It is a strange machine in that the big lever is used to prime the mechanism and normally does not actually perform any operation except to clear the keyboard for the next operation. So you have to press the lever at the start of every operation instead of at the end.
