In this week's video, I'm going to show you how to play a very useful voicing that can often be used as a passing chord in those filthy neo-soul progressions.

This is an awesome voicing for a 7sus#11 chord. It has a such a lovely sound which you can do a lot with.

The best way to learn and practice this voicing is by taking it through all 12 keys chromatically, and also around the circle of fifths.

Then try inserting it into some progressions and see how creative you can get with it.
