I am genuinely frustrated by the Muse HiFi M6 Double! This affordable portable DAC and headphone amplifier is an upgraded version of the M5 Ultra, featuring a hybrid tube amp design with JAN6418 vacuum tubes. It also boasts an excellent ES9039 DAC chip and versatile Bluetooth with LDAC and aptX Adaptive, making it a powerful Hi-Res audio device for any audiophile.
But the feature that makes this DAC/Amp truly unique is the stunning, vintage Nixie tube display used for the volume. It’s an absolute game-changer for industrial design in the personal audio space, even if I have some big design critiques!
