The original super shelters components are clear plastic sheeting and a Mylar space blanket or tube tent. Those materials are good for one trip, possibly two. I've developed a heavy duty reusable super shelter that even converts to a tarp, tent, lean to baker style tent. We have coffee then I sleep in the super shelter and Nick sleeps in his hammock.
