♥ In today's video I share the advice that changed my life. I used to be the person who was never happy with anything I had created or accomplished. I always wanted to do better, and I somehow thought that my will to always do better was directly related to the fact that my achievements were not good enough.
Finally, with a little help from a friend, I realized that it is okay to be happy and satisfied with what you have achieved and created and STILL strive to do better in the future.
Your will to do better does not automatically mean that what you have done is not good enough. It just means that there is a desire within you to improve and grow, and that will never be a bad thing. It only has a negative effect on your life if you believe that it the desire only exists if you are critical and unhappy with yourself.
